Coordinate between architectural, structural, MEP, and site teams to review drawings, track revisions and documentation, support BOQ cross-checking, follow up with consultants/vendors, and ensure latest drawings and approvals are issued to site stakeholders.

Hands-on site MEP engineer responsible for executing and supervising electrical and mechanical works, plus plumbing and fire-fighting. Coordinate with civil/structural/finishing teams, contractors, and vendors; perform quality checks, safety compliance, basic billing/documentation, and support testing/commissioning and material planning.

Manage sales operations for high-rise residential projects through channel partners and direct customers. Build and maintain an active CP network, achieve monthly and quarterly targets, conduct site visits and client meetings, coordinate with marketing/CRM/site teams, maintain sales pipeline and reports, and ensure professional client handling with high conversion ratios.
