The Corporate Governance Officer supports the board and senior management by coordinating meetings, agendas, board packs, minutes, action logs, statutory filings, corporate registers, and stakeholder communications. The role also provides administrative and legal support to the General Counsel, oversees governance requirements for international branches, and handles general office administration. Candidates need corporate administration, paralegal, or secretarial experience, strong writing and minute-taking skills, exceptional organization, discretion, and fluency in English.

Analyze, prepare, and present credit cases for SME and real estate loans; support deal analysis, negotiations, borrower relationships, loan documentation, term sheets, and engagement letters. Monitor borrowers and portfolios to identify credit deterioration, collaborating with Credit, Sales, Legal, and Credit Committee stakeholders across Europe.
