Directs and develops YMCA membership programs, including staff and volunteer supervision, community partnerships, marketing, registrations, budgeting, facility coordination, fundraising, and program evaluation. Responds to member and community inquiries, supports events and committee activities, and ensures programs meet community needs and YMCA objectives. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, supervisory capability, computer skills, and completion of YMCA, CPR, First Aid, AED, and safety certifications.

Provides front-desk service to YMCA members, guests, and program participants. Responsibilities include answering questions, conducting membership tours, selling memberships, resolving concerns, supporting member retention, applying policies, distributing locker keys and towels, and maintaining an organized lobby. The role requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, basic computer knowledge, and CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Leads the YMCA’s comprehensive fundraising program, including annual giving, major gifts, grants, corporate and foundation support, sponsorships, events, planned giving, and endowment initiatives. Builds donor and community relationships, manages stewardship and prospect development, supports board and volunteer engagement, oversees grant compliance, develops fundraising communications, analyzes performance data, and collaborates with leadership to achieve revenue goals and advance the organization’s mission.
