The Childcare Program Director develops and manages YMCA programs, recruits and trains staff, oversees budgets, coordinates activities, and builds community relationships to enhance youth development and ensure program quality.

The Assistant Teacher supports the Lead Teacher in implementing a safe and engaging learning environment for children, focusing on developmentally appropriate activities, communication with parents, and ensuring health and safety practices.

The Personal Trainer conducts energizing training sessions, builds relationships with clients, maintains attendance records, and follows safety policies.
