Oversee the prepared foods department, including deli and kitchen operations, merchandising, purchasing, pricing, food safety, equipment, customer service, budgets, and labor performance. Hire, train, evaluate, schedule, and supervise department staff while meeting sales, margin, labor, and service goals. Develop recipes, products, catering services, displays, and promotions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with health regulations and cooperative policies.
