Teams at River Valley Church

Leads church-wide safety and security programs across multiple campuses, including volunteer security teams, emergency action plans, training, drills, background checks, fire safety, first aid, access control, alarms, incident response, vendor management, and security budgeting. Serves as on-call incident commander, coordinates law enforcement coverage, maintains compliance records, and develops relationships with emergency responders. The role requires confidentiality, strong communication, planning, and prior military or law enforcement experience.

Lead and coordinate campus worship experiences for weekend and youth services: schedule musicians and songs, run rehearsals, prepare charts and Ableton sets, collaborate with Campus Pastor and Production Lead, oversee sound/video/lighting, recruit and train musicians, attend planning meetings, and support church-wide events and recording/songwriting projects as needed.
