Leads parkour instruction, birthday parties, open gym, rentals, and special events. Supervises and trains instructors, assists with scheduling and program development, manages attendance, cash control, equipment setup, safety checks, and participant concerns. Teaches and corrects parkour skills, supports lesson planning, enforces park district policies, administers first aid during emergencies, and serves as the on-site supervisor during programming hours.

Performs park, school, athletic field, grounds, landscaping, custodial, facility, and snow-removal maintenance. Operates heavy equipment, removes garbage, inspects grounds and playgrounds, assists with equipment and vehicle maintenance, supports special events, and may supervise seasonal employees. Works in varied weather conditions and participates in safety and risk-management programs. Requires landscaping experience, a valid Illinois driver’s license, and obtaining a pesticide operator license within one year.

Supervise adult league games, operate scoreboards and maintain game statistics, enforce park district policies, set up/take down equipment, communicate with team captains and Recreation Supervisor, ensure facility safety and cleanliness, complete incident reports and timesheets.

Lead parkour instructor responsible for teaching classes, overseeing staff and facility operations, developing programming (classes, open gym, parties), handling cash/POS, ensuring safety and incident reporting, recruiting/training instructors, and supporting special events and rentals.
