Supervise development, budgeting, promotion and delivery of youth and adult sports programs, camps and events. Recruit, train and manage staff and volunteers, manage program budgets, schedules, safety and compliance, and communicate with partners and participants.

Performs groundskeeping and facility maintenance for parks and schools: mowing, turf and tree care, equipment operation, garbage removal, snow removal, inspections, event setup, and supervision of seasonal staff.

Lead parkour instructor responsible for teaching classes, overseeing staff and facility operations, developing programming (classes, open gym, parties), handling cash/POS, ensuring safety and incident reporting, recruiting/training instructors, and supporting special events and rentals.

Supervise adult league games, operate scoreboards and maintain game statistics, enforce park district policies, set up/take down equipment, communicate with team captains and Recreation Supervisor, ensure facility safety and cleanliness, complete incident reports and timesheets.
