Provide targeted, evidence-based reading and math interventions for K-12 students using MTSS. Use assessment data and progress monitoring, group students, adjust instruction, collaborate with teachers and families, coach staff, and maintain accurate documentation of student progress.

Provide instructional leadership for multiple in-district special education programs, ensuring IEP and regulatory compliance, coaching and evaluating educators, monitoring curriculum and student progress, partnering with district leaders, overseeing data and documentation, and driving MTSS and continuous program improvement.
