The TBS Specialist provides case management and support services to clients with severe mental illness, ensuring effective treatment and support in various settings.

Responds alongside a licensed clinician to community crisis scenes, gathers collateral information, provides one-on-one client support, answers hotline calls, coordinates care and transports clients. Documents services, maintains certifications (CPR, First Aid, Crisis Intervention), and uses trauma-informed approaches while working rotating night shifts and weekends.

The Supported Employment Specialist assists individuals with mental illness in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment, coordinating services, and advocating for clients, while providing follow-up support and documentation of services offered.
