Responds alongside a licensed clinician to community crisis scenes, gathers collateral information, provides one-on-one client support, answers hotline calls, coordinates care and transports clients. Documents services, maintains certifications (CPR, First Aid, Crisis Intervention), and uses trauma-informed approaches while working rotating night shifts and weekends.

The Child Caregiver provides care for infants and toddlers while their mothers receive treatment, supporting child development and maintaining a safe environment.

The Crisis Services Manager oversees the Crisis Services team, supervising staff, providing crisis intervention, and managing hotline and stabilization services. They ensure quality service delivery and comply with trauma-informed practices while promoting team development and efficiency.
