Leads the global trade reservations team, overseeing daily operations, sales revenue, bookings, customer inquiries, amendments, cancellations, and escalations. Coaches and evaluates reservation staff, tracks KPIs and performance goals, supports scheduling and HR processes, processes refunds, and identifies opportunities to increase ancillary sales. Provides reports to leadership, handles peak-period calls, and ensures exceptional service while promoting luxury yacht vacations to travel professionals.

Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including users, permissions, data extensions, Contact Builder, automations, journeys, integrations, and security. Write SQL for segmentation, troubleshoot deliverability and synchronization issues, support campaign configuration, enforce privacy and governance standards, and assess Salesforce releases. Requires strong Marketing Cloud administration experience, Salesforce certification, SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and Marketing Cloud Connect expertise.

Supports procurement and supply chain activities for luxury yacht operations, including sourcing, RFQs, supplier management, purchase orders, price analysis, delivery monitoring, logistics coordination, and procurement reporting. Collaborates with Finance, Operations, onboard teams, and international suppliers while maintaining procurement data and supporting process improvement, cost control, and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay activities.
