Lead execution of digital transformation for customer-facing web, mobile, CRM, and reservation platforms. Build platform-oriented engineering teams, ensure integration, reliability, scalability, security, and operational readiness across shoreside and shipboard environments. Drive vendor governance, platform roadmaps, DevOps/CI/CD, API-first and event-driven architectures, KPIs/SLAs, and collaboration with Product, Data, and Enterprise Platforms to improve customer experience and delivery velocity.

Supports the development and execution of entertainment, enrichment, activation, and event programming for an ultra-luxury yacht hospitality brand. Responsibilities include researching trends and talent, coordinating performers and partners, preparing concepts and presentations, supporting launches, tracking milestones, reviewing guest feedback, and recommending programming improvements. The role combines creative ideation, event coordination, operational planning, and continuous experience enhancement.

Partners with leaders to assess learning needs, identify performance gaps, and create strategic development roadmaps. Designs and delivers executive and frontline training, workshops, eLearning, instructor-led, and blended programs. Uses quality assurance trends, operational metrics, guest feedback, and business data to recommend performance solutions. Leads instructional design, facilitation, cross-functional initiatives, trainer mentoring, and enterprise learning programs.
