Provide in-house legal counsel across the Americas on commercial contracts (SaaS, licensing), employment matters, corporate governance, privacy, compliance, and AI governance. Negotiate agreements, support HR and cross-functional stakeholders, implement legal operations and AI-enabled workflows, coordinate external counsel, and contribute to process and policy development to manage enterprise risk and support growth.

The Senior Manager, Program Management Office will lead the establishment of program management infrastructure, enhance execution excellence, and drive cross-functional alignment in strategic initiatives.

Serve as a strategic presales advisor for retail and brand clients: lead technical discovery, demos, POCs, ROI analyses, RFI/RFP responses, executive engagements, and cross-functional handoffs to drive new revenue and close complex, multi-stakeholder e-commerce deals.
