Provide strategic technical guidance and execution support to enterprise clients using Rithum’s commerce platform. Manage channel implementations, platform optimization, technical reviews, workflows, and issue resolution. Partner with Client Success, Product, Engineering, and client technical teams to support onboarding, roadmap planning, feature adoption, data flows, and long-term value realization.

Leads technical discovery, solution design, implementation, optimization, and enablement for complex enterprise SaaS clients. Serves as the primary technical contact for product data feeds, APIs, FTP, and advanced issues; develops implementation plans, trains stakeholders, mentors junior team members, creates technical content, advocates for clients, and drives cross-functional process improvements. Uses AI tools to improve documentation, troubleshooting, planning, automation, and decision-making.

Administer initiative intake, maintain portfolio systems and reporting, track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, and prepare governance materials for leadership decision-making. The role produces executive-ready KPI analysis, maintains PMO standards and operating cadence, supports prioritization and resourcing decisions, and improves reporting through automation and AI-enabled processes.

Owns the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, renewals, negotiations, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and invoice matching. Runs sourcing events, evaluates vendors, develops savings cases, and partners with Legal, Security, Privacy, IT, and Finance. Uses AI for contract analysis, research, communications, and workflow optimization while verifying outputs. The role also improves procurement processes, tracks cycle time and savings, manages request pipelines, and enables stakeholders through training and playbooks.

Owns a portfolio of enterprise B2B SaaS clients, serving as the primary relationship manager throughout the client lifecycle. Responsibilities include driving adoption and value realization, leading business reviews, monitoring account health, managing renewals and risks, identifying expansion opportunities, and partnering with Sales and internal teams. The role uses CRM, client success platforms, AI tools, and client data to improve engagement, insights, and operational efficiency.

Manage enterprise client accounts and execute digital and retail media campaigns across major advertising platforms. Develop media strategies, set up and optimize campaigns, manage budgets and bids, analyze performance, deliver client reporting, and identify growth opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor while collaborating with client success, technical account, and product teams. The role also requires staying current with retail media trends, educating clients, and applying AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Provide in-house legal counsel across the Americas on commercial contracts (SaaS, licensing), employment matters, corporate governance, privacy, compliance, and AI governance. Negotiate agreements, support HR and cross-functional stakeholders, implement legal operations and AI-enabled workflows, coordinate external counsel, and contribute to process and policy development to manage enterprise risk and support growth.
