Oversee regional operations for an $8–10M sales area: plan, organize, and control operations; review performance and budgets; develop operations policy; coordinate across departments; manage customer relations, property/vehicle/retail/sales/installer issues; handle staffing and personnel policy matters; and perform other assigned duties.

Sell and advise customers on flooring products, measure for installation, process payments, maintain customer relationships, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and develop product knowledge.

Sell carpet and hard-surface flooring to apartment complexes and property management clients. Build and maintain customer relationships, assess needs, promote Rite Rug products and services, meet company performance goals, and perform related duties.
