Lead talent acquisition strategy and a recruiting team supporting service and installation technician hiring. Develop workforce plans, build talent pipelines through trade schools, apprenticeships, military recruiting, and community partnerships, strengthen employer branding, and improve first-year retention. Partner with service and HR leaders, use labor-market insights and analytics, create recruiting dashboards, and continuously improve hiring processes, candidate experience, and talent programs.

Leads purchasing, inventory management, production scheduling, demand planning, supplier management, and material availability for a manufacturing facility. Manages 15–20 supply chain employees, oversees ERP/MRP activities, negotiates supplier terms, improves inventory accuracy and turns, reduces lead times, analyzes operational variances, and collaborates with production, engineering, quality, warehouse, sales, and operations teams on continuous improvement and procurement strategies.

Serve as the first point of contact for customers in a high-volume contact center. Answer inbound calls, understand customer needs, provide solutions, create work orders and sales opportunities, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries. The role requires professionalism, empathy, organization, strong communication, dependable attendance, and availability for the 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. shift.
