Engineering intern assists with design, development, testing, data analysis, documentation, technical drawings, research, troubleshooting, quality checks, and failure analysis. The role supports engineering projects through team meetings, reviews, presentations, and adherence to safety and engineering standards. Candidates should be pursuing an engineering bachelor’s degree and demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.

Lead Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense operations, manage and develop AP Specialists, and drive Procure-to-Pay transformation. Responsibilities include standardizing processes, improving efficiency through automation and technology, maintaining internal controls, resolving escalated issues, partnering with Procurement, Treasury, IT, and vendors, and monitoring service metrics. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week at Rite-Hite’s Milwaukee headquarters.

Serves as the finance partner to Distribution sales leadership, providing commercial analytics, market intelligence, pricing governance, scenario modeling, and decision support. Analyzes customer, market, competitive, and regional data to identify profitable growth opportunities. Builds financial models and presentations, supports strategic deals and pricing exceptions, and establishes margin guardrails and approval processes. The role requires strong financial modeling, analytical, communication, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
