Manage the full lifecycle of commercial and supply chain contracts, including drafting, review, negotiation, renewals, amendments, terminations, compliance, and dispute resolution. Partner with legal, procurement, vendors, and business teams; maintain templates and records; monitor obligations and vendor performance; and support CLM tool implementation. The role is hybrid in Milwaukee with three onsite days weekly.

Lead mechanical product development from concept through production release, including 3D design, engineering documentation, prototyping, validation testing, root-cause analysis, cost reduction, supplier qualification, and product improvements. Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, procurement, sales, service, customers, and suppliers to deliver safe, manufacturable, and reliable products.

Build and maintain enterprise integration services, REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven data flows, and data models. Develop production-quality Node.js and TypeScript services, contribute to React interfaces, write automated tests, participate in technical design and code reviews, and support legacy systems. Improve observability, resiliency, security, scalability, and operability while troubleshooting production issues. Help modernize the platform toward an agent-first ecosystem and independently evaluate technologies, architectures, and implementation tradeoffs.
