Provide pre-sales and sales application engineering support for loading dock and warehouse products. Design and validate solutions using CAD, review site surveys and drawings, ensure code compliance and permitting, support quoting and project execution, coordinate vendors, and deliver training and process improvements to reduce risk and ensure accurate installations.

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to reps, technicians, and customers; process warranty claims and POs; document calls in CSMS; develop manuals, bulletins and training; support product rollouts and liaise with Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing. Travel up to 20%.
