Lead advanced financial and renewal analyses for complex public‑sector employee benefit programs. Manage RFPs and carrier evaluations, produce client reporting, present findings, ensure compliance (ACA, COBRA, OPEB), mentor analysts, and partner with consultants, client services, carriers, and vendors to optimize benefits strategy and cost management.
