Manages nonprofit financial operations, compliance, budgeting, audits, cash flow forecasting, accounting vendors, payroll, internal controls, grants, contracts, and revenue cycles. Supervises the Contracts Manager, supports department leaders with budget tracking, trains staff on financial processes, and partners with Development on fundraising and grant negotiations. The role also monitors financial risks, prepares variance reports, and drives organizational efficiency and financial strategy.
