Provide in-home and clinic-based therapeutic support to children with complex needs, implement treatment plans, attend case conferences, document progress in CONNECTIONS, perform home visits, support behavioral goals, and assist families toward reunification.

Part-time facilitator who develops and co-facilitates healing-centered, gender-responsive group curriculum for TGNBNC youth; recruits and engages participants; staffs Teen Hub on a rotating schedule; documents cases and funder reports; collaborates with staff and stakeholders; participates in supervision and team meetings.

Lead planning and execution of fundraising and cultivation events (including the annual Gala), generate event revenue, manage donors and prospects, coordinate vendors/staff/volunteers, handle event marketing, budgeting, financial reporting, and operations, and work with leadership and the Board to meet revenue goals.
