Rising Ground Benefits Overview

Leads organizational culture and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement, leadership consultation, learning experiences, and workplace culture improvement. Advises executives and managers on inclusion, belonging, employee relations, conflict navigation, and respectful workplace practices. Uses employee feedback and workforce insights to identify trends, measure initiatives, and recommend solutions. Provides secondary HR support involving performance management, retention, employment practices, and sensitive employee matters.

Perform child-focused adoption recruitment: assess children's readiness, develop custom recruitment plans, identify and engage potential families and connections, coordinate with case managers and multidisciplinary teams, conduct outreach and PR, complete program reporting (Wendy's Wonderful Kids), and support adoption transition planning and data collection.
