Rising Ground Benefits Overview

Supervise accountants and oversee nonprofit program accounting, including budgets, billings, grant reconciliations, financial statements, general ledger entries, budget modifications, funding-source audits, and annual audit schedules. Partner with program leadership, monitor budget variances, support new program procedures, and prepare ACS, SSOP, and Uniform Guidance reports. The role manages 5–6 accounting staff and requires strong nonprofit contract billing and supervisory experience.

Provide comprehensive case management for minors under ORR/OCFS standards from admission to discharge. Conduct intakes, assessments, foster home visits, coordinate medical/educational/legal services, support family reunification and immigration processes, maintain EHR and program records, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, transport youth as needed, and participate in on-call rotation.

Provides supervision and support for youth across residential, school, court, community, and transport settings. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, de-escalation, youth transportation, movement coordination, behavioral-plan implementation, documentation, safety monitoring, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The role requires trauma-informed relationship building, flexible staffing coverage, participation in training, and maintaining secure, structured environments during varied shifts.
