Supports talent acquisition and onboarding by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; coordinating job fairs and recruitment initiatives; maintaining candidate, HRIS, ATS, and personnel records; partnering with hiring managers on job postings and recruitment strategies; and delivering a positive candidate experience. The role also handles employee inquiries, compliance activities, onboarding logistics, and confidential HR information.

Provides individual, group, and crisis counseling to adolescents experiencing or learning about relationship abuse, gender-based violence, and healthy relationships. Facilitates community workshops, presentations, and trainings for school staff, parents, and community members. Maintains case documentation, supports the summer peer leadership program, participates in supervision, and may supervise MSW interns. The role requires independent, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive practice across Queens community sites.

Provides supportive casework services to children and families in Preventive Services programs. Responsibilities include home visits, risk and safety assessments, client interviews, service referrals, transportation and accompaniment, documentation in case management systems, obtaining school and medical records, case file maintenance, clerical support, and participation in supervision and trainings.
