The Sociotherapist provides direct therapeutic support to children in foster care, coordinating care, managing behaviors, and facilitating family reunification through structured interventions and home visits.

Provide comprehensive case management for minors under ORR/OCFS standards from admission to discharge. Conduct intakes, assessments, foster home visits, coordinate medical/educational/legal services, support family reunification and immigration processes, maintain EHR and program records, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, transport youth as needed, and participate in on-call rotation.
