The role focuses on ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Leads the organization’s marketing, branding, communications, digital engagement, business development support, and event strategies. Oversees brand governance, corporate messaging, proposals, website and CRM initiatives, SEO, social media, analytics, sponsorships, vendors, budgets, and integrated campaigns. Provides strategic guidance to executives, manages communications standards and performance metrics, and leads the marketing and communications team through coaching, prioritization, and development.

The Proposal Manager leads complex EPC proposal preparation and submission for high-voltage, renewable, utility, and industrial electrical projects. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, managing schedules and compliance, reviewing RFPs, incorporating pricing and risk information, controlling documents, maintaining proposal libraries and CRM records, mentoring coordinators, and improving proposal processes. The role also supports kickoff and close-out meetings, win/loss analysis, and post-submission feedback.

Manages project controls throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining budgets, costs, forecasts, variances, cash flow, and project data integrity. Produces financial reports, milestone summaries, earned value analyses, accruals, and invoice documentation. Reviews invoices and timesheets, supports project setup, and assists Project Managers with scheduling adjustments and change management. The role also contributes to standardizing project controls processes across construction projects.

Supports full-cycle procurement for construction and infrastructure projects, including sourcing materials, equipment, services, suppliers, and subcontractors. Develops procurement plans, evaluates commercial and project risks, negotiates terms, manages purchase orders and agreements, maintains records, and supports supplier relationships. The role also leads procurement meetings, improves processes, ensures compliance with approval requirements, and mentors junior team members.

Develop and maintain logic-driven construction schedules from bid and preconstruction through project execution. Analyze critical paths, float, risks, delays, and recovery plans while coordinating estimating, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, project management, and field teams. Prepare schedule reports and support baseline development, forecasting, templates, standards, and repeatable scheduling processes for complex EPC and infrastructure projects.

Manages medium to large electrical construction projects from award through closeout, ensuring safe, timely, budget-compliant, and quality-driven delivery. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, risk and change management, budgeting, resource allocation, subcontractor and material coordination, client communication, reporting, invoicing, staffing, safety and quality compliance, and post-project reviews. The role also supports estimating and develops business opportunities with existing clients.

Supports engineering project delivery by assisting with plans, schedules, budgets, stakeholder coordination, technical documentation, procurement, progress monitoring, risk mitigation, site inspections, quality and safety compliance, reporting, and project closeout. The role works closely with the Project Manager, clients, subcontractors, and project teams on construction and high-voltage infrastructure projects.

Manages project cost controls throughout the construction lifecycle, maintaining budgets, commitments, forecasts, cash flow, cost reports, and variance analyses. Coordinates monthly forecasting, financial reporting, progress measurement, change-order tracking, invoice readiness, and project system maintenance. Partners with project managers and field teams to identify risks, cost exposures, schedule impacts, and corrective actions. Reviews timesheets, supports contract and commercial processes, and improves project controls standards across multiple projects.

Supports procurement for construction and operational projects by developing procurement plans, sourcing and evaluating vendors, managing purchase orders and subcontract agreements, incorporating commercial risk requirements, and maintaining documentation. The role leads procurement meetings, supports cost savings and risk mitigation, manages vendor relationships, and improves procurement processes. It requires purchasing experience in construction, utilities, or industrial environments and technical knowledge of high- and medium-voltage electrical equipment and substations.

Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Workable), support onboarding and background checks, assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment tasks, and gradually take ownership of select requisitions and recruitment metrics to improve processes and candidate experience.
