Manage planning, execution, budgeting, reporting, and closeout for engineering/construction projects. Coordinate clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams; track budgets, change orders, and invoicing; run project meetings and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Manage end-to-end delivery of high-voltage construction projects: lead safety and quality, develop execution plans and schedules, control budgets and change orders, coordinate resources, manage client communication, oversee procurement, reporting, and project closeout.

Lead development, management, and delivery of the US Quality Management System (ISO 9001). Draft and implement project quality plans and inspection/test procedures, manage NCRs and audits, support and supervise QA/QC field inspectors, perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions, liaise with clients' auditors, and align processes with Canadian operations.

Provide administrative and office support on construction project sites: manage daily sign-ins, safety and QC documentation, update ITPs, maintain equipment and attendance records, prepare schedules and reports, organize site office and supplies, and support data books and O&M manuals.
