Manages project cost controls throughout the construction lifecycle, maintaining budgets, commitments, forecasts, cash flow, cost reports, and variance analyses. Coordinates monthly forecasting, financial reporting, progress measurement, change-order tracking, invoice readiness, and project system maintenance. Partners with project managers and field teams to identify risks, cost exposures, schedule impacts, and corrective actions. Reviews timesheets, supports contract and commercial processes, and improves project controls standards across multiple projects.

Supports procurement for construction and operational projects by developing procurement plans, sourcing and evaluating vendors, managing purchase orders and subcontract agreements, incorporating commercial risk requirements, and maintaining documentation. The role leads procurement meetings, supports cost savings and risk mitigation, manages vendor relationships, and improves procurement processes. It requires purchasing experience in construction, utilities, or industrial environments and technical knowledge of high- and medium-voltage electrical equipment and substations.

Manage end-to-end delivery of high-voltage construction projects: lead safety and quality, develop execution plans and schedules, control budgets and change orders, coordinate resources, manage client communication, oversee procurement, reporting, and project closeout.

Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Workable), support onboarding and background checks, assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment tasks, and gradually take ownership of select requisitions and recruitment metrics to improve processes and candidate experience.

Develop and own logic-driven project schedules from preconstruction through execution for complex EPC construction projects. Build baseline and execution schedules, analyze critical paths and risks, lead change evaluation, support cross-functional teams, produce reports and dashboards, and improve scheduling templates, standards, and processes primarily using Primavera P6.
