Lead Rishihood University's technology strategy and build an integrated digital ecosystem connecting stakeholders, workflows, applications, and institutional data. Responsibilities include defining architecture and roadmaps, evolving RishiVerse, leading engineering delivery, establishing security and data standards, managing vendors, enabling dashboards and automation, and driving adoption. The CTO will build and mentor the technology team while delivering phased workflow improvements and strengthening institutional reliability, usability, and decision-making.

Analyzes financial data, prepares reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial models, and supports accounting operations including reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, statutory compliance, and month-end close. The role monitors budget variances, cash flow, costs, and business performance; maintains accurate financial records; provides management insights; and improves reporting processes through automation.

Perform manual and functional testing across ERP and LMS modules, including regression, smoke, API, database, cross-browser, responsive, and role-based testing. Write test cases, validate PostgreSQL data with SQL, report and track defects, support releases and production checks, and help triage issues. Gradually automate high-value regression scenarios using frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
