Manage SASTech’s central operations and coordination, translating leadership priorities into structured execution. Build action plans, timelines, ownership trackers, SOPs, dashboards, and reports; coordinate cross-functional university teams; monitor risks, dependencies, and progress; resolve bottlenecks; support stakeholder meetings; and ensure timely initiative closure. The role also drives process standardization, technology and AI tool adoption, leadership reporting, and decision support.

Manage the complete Ph.D. scholar lifecycle, including admissions, onboarding, coursework, research proposal and progress tracking, compliance, thesis submission, examiner coordination, viva-voce, degree awarding, record archiving, and alumni data management. The role ensures adherence to university regulations, maintains accurate scholar records, coordinates academic stakeholders, tracks milestones and pending requirements, and prepares documentation for approvals and certification.

Leads campus-wide procurement operations, including sourcing, tendering, purchasing, vendor management, inventory planning, cost control, compliance, and payment coordination. Oversees procurement for food, housekeeping, maintenance, office, and project materials. Builds vendor relationships, negotiates contracts, maintains procurement MIS and spend analysis, and partners with Kitchen, Estate, Facilities, and Projects teams to ensure timely, quality-assured purchasing.
