The Warden supervises residential facilities, coordinates with medical staff, responds to incidents, addresses learner concerns, and maintains confidentiality. The role requires round-the-clock physical accessibility and on-call availability while ensuring hostel safety, hygiene, security, sanitation, and dignified living conditions.

Supports a social sciences research project on undocumented migration in India. On-campus assistants analyze qualitative and quantitative data, review literature, and write reports. Field-based assistants conduct surveys, collect data, and coordinate on-ground activities in Kolkata or Guwahati. The role requires independent work, cultural sensitivity, and extensive travel for field positions.

Leads Rishihood University's philanthropic strategy, institutional fundraising, donor cultivation, endowment development, corporate and foundation partnerships, and advancement systems. Builds a high-value donor pipeline across India and international diaspora networks, structures complex gifts, oversees corpus growth, develops the advancement team, and leads donor events and international engagement. The role reports to the CEO and requires substantial domestic and international travel from Mumbai.
