Builds and maintains AI agents and automated workflows for course development and quality assurance. Designs prompts, evaluates AI accuracy, connects workflows using Power Automate and scripting, and establishes reusable standards for scalable production. Monitors workflow reliability, documents solutions, trains staff, and determines which processes are best suited for AI, conventional automation, or human review.

Own the business direction, roadmap, prioritization, and ongoing operations of Risepoint’s Partner Data Manager platform. Partner with Business Technology’s Product Owner to translate organizational priorities into business requirements, investment cases, UX improvements, and transformation initiatives. Lead intake and prioritization, manage cross-functional stakeholders, anticipate impacts across connected systems, oversee post-release follow-up, and manage the team responsible for reliable day-to-day operations.

Manage paid media performance for university partner accounts across search, display, programmatic, social, and affiliate channels. Optimize campaigns across the full enrollment funnel, monitor KPIs, manage budgets and pacing, analyze performance, and provide actionable recommendations. Coordinate with agencies, ad platforms, internal marketing teams, and university partners while supporting lead, application, enrollment, and LTV:CAC goals.
