Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of after-school youth programming for middle and high school participants. Recruit and retain youth, design age-appropriate recreation and enrichment activities, supervise staff and off-site trips, maintain attendance and incident records, partner with schools and community organizations, and ensure safety, compliance, and positive youth development outcomes.

The Bilingual Tenant Services Coordinator supports approximately 20-25 households by providing care services, conducting needs assessments, and facilitating tenant engagement while ensuring access to benefits.

Provide on-site case management for frail elderly tenants transitioning into permanent affordable housing: assess needs, develop individualized service plans, prevent eviction, coordinate health and community services, document case notes, facilitate benefits and transportation, run tenant engagement activities, and liaise with property management and community partners to support aging in place.
