Develop and test secure software for federal government clients while delivering functionality continuously. Teach and coach clients in agile engineering practices, TDD, pair programming, design thinking, backlog management, and continuous deployment. Collaborate with users, military personnel, and development teams to build reliable full-stack solutions, facilitate informed engineering decisions, and champion AI-augmented delivery. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and strong experience across modern software languages, frameworks, containers, APIs, Linux, and DevSecOps.

Manage multiple federal government customer accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, delivery alignment, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, team health, customer outcomes, and account growth. Coordinate with product, design, engineering, recruiting, and leadership teams; establish metrics, agile practices, invoicing processes, and remediation plans. Build repeatable customer success practices, support contract transitions, resolve escalations, and develop expansion opportunities while maintaining client satisfaction.
