Leads financial operations for six trusts and a nonprofit, overseeing accounting, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, audits, vendors, risk management, and internal controls. Provides strategic financial guidance to leadership and program directors, manages regulatory and grant compliance, develops KPIs, and leads and develops finance staff. The role is hybrid in Portland, Oregon, with occasional travel within the state.

Provides navigation and customer support to in-home care providers regarding training, health plans, benefits, enrollment, renewals, and stipends. Resolves issues through phone, email, text, virtual, and in-person channels; manages Salesforce cases; supports partner escalations; facilitates health plan enrollments; coordinates interpretation services; and handles confidential health information in compliance with HIPAA and HITECH. Participates in community meetings, collects participant stories, and supports Carewell program communications.
