Oversee daily supported-living program operations, quality assurance, budgets, scheduling, staff supervision, training, and coordination with state agencies. Work directly with adults who have developmental disabilities or mental health needs, supporting person-centered plans, skill development, social activities, and community participation. The role includes direct care responsibilities, teamwork, problem-solving, and on-call coverage.

Coordinates supported-living program operations for adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs. Oversees quality assurance, supervises and schedules direct support staff, provides direct care, manages budgets, coordinates with state agencies, and supports individuals’ activities and skill-development goals. The role includes training staff, problem-solving, teamwork, and on-call responsibilities.

Coordinates Home and Community Based Services and managed care programs for individuals with intellectual, developmental, physical, or age-related needs. Supervises Direct Support Professionals, partners with clients, families, guardians, and funding agencies, maintains program records, completes payroll and billing documentation, and ensures licensing and contractual compliance. The role requires Spanish fluency, flexible scheduling, local and in-state travel, an Arizona driver’s license, and successful background, driving, drug, and fingerprint checks.
