Manage a supported living home for an individual with developmental disabilities. Recruit, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals; oversee client finances, medications, support plans, safety, emergencies, and staff performance. Coordinate with families, healthcare providers, county and state personnel, and other stakeholders while advocating for clients and maintaining person-centered care.

Coordinates Home and Community Based Services and managed care programs for individuals with intellectual, developmental, physical, or age-related needs. Supervises Direct Support Professionals, partners with clients, families, guardians, and funding agencies, maintains program records, completes payroll and billing documentation, and ensures licensing and contractual compliance. The role requires Spanish fluency, flexible scheduling, local and in-state travel, an Arizona driver’s license, and successful background, driving, drug, and fingerprint checks.

Provides job coaching and employment support to people with disabilities, helping them find and retain competitive employment. Coordinates with Vocational Rehabilitation and other state agencies, supports workplace success, and promotes independence. The role requires working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs, transporting clients when needed, and maintaining required driving credentials, insurance, and background clearance.
