Provide strategic guidance to Boards, ensure operational and financial oversight, enforce compliance, support client retention, and handle escalations. Manage performance, training, onboarding, and local travel to attend board meetings and community events.

Manage a portfolio of condominium and single-family communities in Austin, serving as primary liaison to boards, residents, and vendors. Provide financial and operational leadership, onboard new accounts, prepare board packets, attend meetings, ensure compliance, deliver timely customer service, and coordinate internal teams and vendors.

Outbound-focused sales role generating and nurturing leads, managing RFP/proposal processes, supporting deal structuring and negotiation, using Pipedrive CRM, optimizing marketing initiatives (SEO, email, paid ads), tracking analytics, and coordinating promotional events to win new property management clients.
