Lead and develop Community Managers overseeing garden-style and condominium associations across Greater Houston. Provide strategic guidance to Boards, ensure operational and financial oversight, enforce compliance, support client retention, and handle escalations. Manage performance, training, onboarding, and local travel to attend board meetings and community events.

Manage a portfolio of condominium and single-family communities in Austin, serving as primary liaison to boards, residents, and vendors. Provide financial and operational leadership, onboard new accounts, prepare board packets, attend meetings, ensure compliance, deliver timely customer service, and coordinate internal teams and vendors.

Outbound-focused business development role to generate and nurture leads, manage proposals/RFPs, support deal structuring and pricing, run marketing initiatives, maintain Pipedrive CRM, and report on marketing metrics to secure new clients.
