Cultivate, steward, and grow philanthropic partnerships and sponsorships for Rise Academy. Manage donor portfolios, support annual giving and major gift strategies, develop athletic and community partnerships, coordinate events and donor engagement, maintain CRM records and reporting, and collaborate with leadership to meet fundraising goals.

Lead instructional coaching, design and deliver professional development, support teachers with coaching cycles and data-driven instructional improvement, and drive equity-centered, culturally responsive practices across the school.
