Develops and deploys advanced machine learning and AI models using large-scale, real-time data. Responsibilities include defining business problems, exploring data, designing algorithms, building scalable production architectures, and collaborating with engineering and product teams. The role also involves innovation, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and making architectural decisions. Experience with AdTech, real-time ML, deep learning, LLMs, or reinforcement learning is advantageous.

Build and optimize high-throughput, ultra-low-latency backend microservices using Golang and Rust. Design scalable cloud-native systems on GCP, GKE, Kubernetes, and Docker; integrate data science models and ad-server logic; profile CPU and memory usage; reduce infrastructure costs; automate workflows; and own features from concept through deployment while collaborating cross-functionally.

Drive new business and revenue growth across publishers, DSPs, and advertisers. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, onboarding, and account expansion. Build strategic partnerships, manage commercial KPIs and forecasts, analyze performance and market trends, and collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Operations to identify monetization opportunities. Represent the company at industry events and maintain expertise in programmatic advertising, SSPs, DSPs, header bidding, mobile monetization, and ad formats.
