Manages the planning, design, construction, and implementation of FTTH and FTTB fiber networks. Leads engineering teams, develops strategic network plans, resolves complex technical issues, ensures regulatory compliance, improves operational processes, and manages vendors and contracts. Requires telecommunications engineering management experience, strong fiber network expertise, leadership, project management, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Manage permitting for outside plant (OSP) fiber optic FTTH projects: create and supervise permit and construction drawings using geospatial and CAD systems, prepare and acquire ROW, aerial, DOT, and MOT permits, gather parcel and utility data, perform site visits, oversee bore profiles and pole data, produce construction-level BOMs, and coordinate with project management, construction teams, and permitting authorities to ensure compliant designs.

The Marketing Coordinator supports marketing campaigns, project coordination, creative production, and ensures brand consistency across various channels. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
