Oversee Michigan-area network operations, including technicians, installers, dispatch coordination, inventory, schedules, work orders, vendor coordination, safety and quality inspections, and customer escalations. Manage employee performance, hiring input, coaching, discipline, training, and promotions while optimizing network deployment, maintenance, service delivery, and regulatory compliance.

Oversee daily area operations for fiber network technicians, installers, and field supervisors. Responsibilities include assigning work, coordinating dispatch, inventory and vendor activities, maintaining schedules and records, monitoring safety and quality, coaching employees, managing performance and attendance, supporting hiring decisions, removing operational roadblocks, and resolving customer escalations and complaints.

Manages the planning, design, construction, and implementation of FTTH and FTTB fiber networks. Leads engineering teams, develops strategic network plans, resolves complex technical issues, ensures regulatory compliance, improves operational processes, and manages vendors and contracts. Requires telecommunications engineering management experience, strong fiber network expertise, leadership, project management, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
