Teams at Ripley's Believe It or Not! World Entertainment

Perform daily aquarium husbandry including animal care, exhibit and life support system maintenance, water chemistry testing, food preparation, disease detection/treatment, collection and transport of marine organisms, and exhibit setup with detailed record keeping.

Provides guest service in a fast-paced aquarium photo retail environment. Greets guests, promotes photo opportunities, directs guests to view and purchase images, assists with photo and accessory sales, operates a point-of-sale system, processes cash and card transactions, maintains cash drawer counts and receipts, and supports sales goals. Requires flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and any operating shift, plus the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Facilitate aquarium guest experiences through gallery interpretation, public talks, school workshops, community outreach, tours, parties, and special events. Educators provide friendly customer service, maintain program spaces and inventory, safely handle live animals, support clean and secure galleries, and promote aquatic conservation. The role requires flexible availability across all operating hours, strong public-speaking and communication skills, problem-solving ability, computer proficiency, and safe animal-care practices.
