Teams at Ripley's Believe It or Not! World Entertainment

Supervise daily Photo Port operations, schedule and coach associates, assist hiring and training, manage cash drawers and inventory, resolve guest complaints, help meet sales goals, complete paperwork, and perform floor duties including photo-taking and product assembly.

Greet guests, provide pricing and promotion information, process ticket sales at a point-of-sale system, promote packages and upgrades, maintain a clean ticket booth, deliver excellent customer service, and support the team to ensure a positive guest experience.

Perform as an on-site actor in Ripley’s Haunted Adventure, applying makeup/costume, operating zones and street entertaining, assisting guests, scanning tickets, following safety and costume rules, and performing cleaning and customer-service duties during flexible hours including nights and weekends.
