Oversee sales and guest service operations: build relationships with associations, manage social media, group/consignment/special event bookings, drive admissions and ancillary revenue, support operational duties, maintain safety and presentation standards, assist cash management, and work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.

Supervise cashiers and shifts, ensure excellent customer service and POS operations, maintain cleanliness and merchandising, enforce safety and cash-handling procedures, assist with training and scheduling, and support managers in promotions and operational tasks.

Create, finish, paint, repair, and stage wax and resin figures and themed props for exhibits. Fabricate and restore pieces using molding, casting, sculpting, fiberglassing and airbrushing. Pack, install, and support traveling shows, ensuring quality and durability while contributing ideas and learning new skills.
