Manage daily care, welfare, enrichment, and training for the African Penguin exhibit; maintain records and AZA/USDA compliance; collaborate with veterinary staff; mentor junior team members; assist with exhibit life support, conservation programs, and guest education.

Lead sales, development and onsite coordination of corporate and special events. Manage client relations, vendor logistics, bookings, invoicing, and meet revenue targets. Assist with event programming, equipment inventory, site visits, and cross‑team communications. Work nights, weekends and overnights as required.

Manage client relationships for GoPhoto US: support sales, onboard new clients, provide after-sales support, track activities in Pipedrive, collaborate with founder and HQ, and implement photo solutions at client sites.
