Supervises sales, guest service, group and special-event accounts, consignment business, promotions, and operational activities. Builds relationships with local associations, solicits business, supports admission and ancillary revenue goals, and maintains property standards for safety, cleanliness, displays, and signage. Oversees cash-management tasks, communicates policies, and works a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and special events. Travel and errands may be required.

Provides day-to-day IT support across the aquarium, including software installations, PC and printer support, POS setup, help desk ticket resolution, configuration changes, and on-call assistance. Supports multiple departments and works varied shifts in a facility open year-round. Requires hands-on computer experience, knowledge of PC hardware and Windows 10, analytical problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.

Coordinate client onboarding, implementation, and project progress while supporting after-sales relationships. The role works with sales, company leadership, and Dutch headquarters to align goals, improve project management practices, optimize the photo platform at client sites, and help clients maximize its value. Responsibilities include tracking projects in Monday, Pipedrive, and Erplain and supporting the growth of GoPhoto’s US operations.
