Leads Rip Curl’s customer acquisition, CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, membership, personalization, and digital customer experience strategies. Owns the Club Rip Curl program, drives engagement, retention, repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, and omnichannel growth across digital and retail. Partners with data, technology, product, brand, and retail teams while leading and developing a high-performing Membership & Growth team.

Edit supplied footage, campaign assets, and master creative into engaging short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, and digital sales channels. Responsibilities include creating hooks, captions, text overlays, transitions, effects, sound treatments, motion graphics, cut-downs, and creative variations. The role collaborates with content, social media, digital, design, and production teams while using feedback and performance insights to improve content.
