Work directly with VP of Sales & Partnerships to run and build GTM operations: own revenue routines, forecasts, headcount and capacity planning, and cross-functional coordination. Lead strategic GTM projects including partnerships, new market/product launches, sales enablement, playbooks, and compensation design. Support executive communications, board materials, and leadership alignment to scale the revenue organization.

Own and build the GTM growth engine: design and operate data pipelines feeding HubSpot/Lemlist, create outbound orchestration (scoring, segmentation, routing), integrate intent signals and LLMs, build internal tooling for the GTM team, and partner with AEs/BDRs and cross-functional teams to scale Riot's revenue processes and global expansion.

Six-month Paris-based internship reporting to the Chief of Staff and CEO to own cross-functional strategic projects. Tasks include market analysis, financial modeling, go-to-market planning, partner program launches, process audits and redesigns, and preparing board packs and executive materials to drive revenue and operational initiatives.
