Manage and grow a team of Technical Game Designers for Teamfight Tactics, maintain high craft standards, collaborate across disciplines, advocate for players, scope and deliver features, recruit and onboard designers, and contribute individual technical-design work when needed.

Lead real-time VFX creation for high-tier weapon skins, set visual direction and standards, mentor and onboard artists, provide feedback to partner studios, collaborate with technical art to optimize assets and solve artistic/technical challenges.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver large DevCon integration programs. Define delivery standards, manage risks, drive Agile practices, report on milestones and fiscals, maintain partner relationships, and support product release and go-to-market planning.
