Responsible for full-cycle accounting for real estate development projects, including financial statements, project setup, bank reconciliations, construction draws, sales closings, distributions, and project consolidations. Prepares joint venture reporting packages, cost-to-complete calculations, project budgets, reforecasts, and variance analyses. Collaborates with development, construction, business, and external stakeholders on accounting matters and project analysis.

Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team for The Well: manage calendars and inboxes, coordinate meetings and events, track timelines, budgets and invoices, maintain marketing files, handle guest inquiries and gift card administration, assist with reporting, research, and digital initiatives, and support onsite activations and community programming.

Ensure accurate tenant billing and lease compliance for CAM, property taxes, and percentage rent. Perform audits, enter and maintain billing methodologies in the ERP, calculate reconciliations and refunds, update percentage rent schedules, resolve tenant inquiries, and support budgeting and ad hoc analyses.
