Conduct internal audit engagements and control testing, assess risk and compliance (including NI 52-109), document findings, prepare audit reports, present recommendations, support ERM initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders and external auditors, and assist with special projects to improve processes and controls.

Lead development and execution of ancillary revenue strategy across a retail/mixed-use portfolio. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate non-traditional income opportunities (digital media, EV charging, telecom, pop-ups). Manage partner contracts, collaborate cross-functionally, track performance, and maintain a pipeline of prospects and industry trends to maximize portfolio value.

Lead business analysis activities for multiple projects: gather and document requirements, perform gap and impact analysis, develop business cases, create specs/use cases and state diagrams, mentor junior BAs, liaise with stakeholders, support development/QA, and deliver training and documentation.
