Supports global financial planning and analysis processes, including forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, governance, and performance management. Partners with finance business partners and senior stakeholders to provide actionable insights, resolve issues, and improve service delivery. Drives standardization, automation, digital finance initiatives, and continuous process improvement using analytics and financial systems.

Manages accounts receivable operations, including cash application, customer invoicing, refunds, unidentified receipt investigations, bank statement processing, account balance governance, month-end closing, and operational reporting. The role coordinates with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders, ensures accurate and timely transaction processing, resolves queries, and supports global finance operations from Gurgaon, India.

Provides high-volume HR operations support, including employee lifecycle transactions, onboarding, workforce administration, Workday data maintenance, enquiry triage, reporting, and compliance. The role supports employees and managers, escalates complex matters, collaborates with payroll, and contributes to process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. Portuguese and English fluency, South African labour law knowledge, HR operations experience, and strong customer service and analytical skills are required.
