Lead implementation, commissioning and sustainment of instrumentation, controls and electrical programs. Investigate failures, implement mitigations, run defect-elimination and calibration programs, support projects, coordinate contractors, and prepare scopes and cost estimates to improve reliability and efficiency.

Coordinate underground contractor activities to execute daily and weekly mine plans safely and efficiently. Monitor progress, identify deviations, support recovery actions, perform underground inspections, align materials/equipment/permits, participate in handovers and planning meetings, escalate risks and contribute to continuous improvement.

Prepare corporate income tax returns in OneSource, perform tax accounting (journal entries, reconciliations, group reporting), support IRS and state audits, conduct detailed tax research, collaborate with Finance on tax accounting positions, ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and implement process improvements.
