As a Business Development Representative, you'll qualify leads, follow up through various channels, and support the Outbound Sales team to increase sales opportunities.

Lead complex public-sector SaaS and cloud transactions across state, local, and higher-education markets. Draft and negotiate agreements, support RFx processes and bid protests, advise on procurement regulations, develop contracting playbooks and workflows, train cross-functional teams, and manage deal structuring, compliance, disputes, and contract operations. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Security, Product, and other legal stakeholders while using CLM, CRM, and AI tools to improve contracting efficiency.

Provides domestic and international employment-law advice on recruiting, employee relations, performance management, accommodations, wage and hour matters, investigations, terminations, agreements, policies, claims, audits, and litigation. Partners with HR and business leaders to manage risk, support compliance, and implement scalable employment practices. Also supports global employment and immigration initiatives while coordinating with internal and external counsel.
