Supports HR operations and the Centennial reception desk by maintaining confidential employee records, HRIS data, onboarding and recruitment activities, employee status changes, compliance documentation, calls, calendars, mail, supplies, and visitor access. Assists with internships, career fairs, events, and employee engagement while following sensitive defense-industry protocols and handling occasional company errands.

Develop and lead software development for embedded and digital signal processing systems supporting defense and intelligence missions. Collaborate with systems, hardware, firmware, integration, testing, project management, and customer teams. Responsibilities include Linux and embedded Linux development, device drivers, APIs, rapid prototyping, formal product lifecycle processes, agile leadership, DevSecOps, and technical leadership of a small team.

Develop algorithms for multi-GNSS receiver systems and implement them across gateware, firmware, and software. Collaborate with systems, hardware, software, integration, testing, project management, and customer teams. Apply DSP expertise, model-based systems engineering, rapid prototyping, and formal development processes to deliver operational signal-processing solutions.
