Teams at Rimrock Trails Treatment Services

Provide front-desk and administrative support for outpatient behavioral health: intake coordination, insurance verification, co-pay collection, schedule maintenance, EMR data/chart scrubbing, office equipment and facility upkeep, and general operations support.

Provides peer support, mentoring, advocacy, screening assistance, brief interventions, care coordination, referrals, community outreach, harm reduction, skills training, and recovery-focused services to youth, individuals, and families affected by mental health or substance use challenges. Documents client encounters, maintains confidentiality, collaborates with treatment teams, facilitates community connections, and helps clients overcome barriers to housing, employment, education, transportation, and healthcare.
