Maps current and future-state business processes, identifies automation opportunities, defines architecture and requirements, and guides prototypes through production rollout. Designs secure integrations, agentic workflows, governance controls, and human-in-the-loop processes while collaborating with business, IT, AI, UX, security, and delivery teams. Supports workshops, proposals, estimates, executive presentations, UAT, handover, and reusable solution patterns.

Owns the global portfolio lifecycle for enterprise security, interoperability, and monitoring services across Oracle, SAP, VMware, and related environments. Defines offers, identifies growth opportunities, develops business cases, leads go-to-market execution, and tracks performance metrics. Partners with sales, marketing, finance, delivery, product, and technology teams to improve adoption, revenue, margins, and customer outcomes. Leads complex initiatives through influence without direct people management.

Provide remote functional support for SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management and Warehouse Management. Troubleshoot complex customer issues, configure and test SAP solutions, support customizations, develop defect fixes and data-correction scripts, and advise clients on best practices. The role requires expertise in transportation and logistics execution, shipping and handling-unit management, SAP integrations with ECC and SCM, cross-module processes, and functional, unit, and integration testing. Candidates collaborate with international teams and deliver customer training and knowledge-sharing resources.
