Provides Level 4 support for SAP Datasphere and BW/HANA environments across multiple global clients. Responsibilities include incident and problem management, solution architecture, requirements analysis, data modeling, development, testing, performance tuning, RCA, UAT, cutover, and post-production support. The role owns critical incidents, mentors engineers, interfaces with stakeholders, and delivers enhancements using SAP Datasphere, BW, HANA, SAC, SQL, and related technologies.

Own SAP Financials legislative and tax compliance updates for EMEA customers. Analyze regulatory changes, define system impacts, configure SAP FI/CO, translate requirements into Agile user stories, and act as Product Owner. Collaborate with development and QA teams, formulate test strategies, review test plans, perform system testing, and ensure high-quality compliant application updates. The role requires strong SAP FICO functional expertise and knowledge of EMEA electronic invoicing and SAF-T reporting.

Supports SAP and Oracle EBS business analysis by translating tax, legal, regulatory, and business requirements into functional specifications. Documents processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, impact assessments, and traceability. Creates test scenarios, executes functional testing, reports defects, troubleshoots issues, and prepares release documentation. Collaborates with product, development, QA, regulatory, and stakeholder teams in Agile delivery environments while supporting ERP solution quality and compliance.
