Build and lead Rimes’ global Sales Engineering organization across North America, EMEA, and APJ. Define its operating model, methodology, playbooks, structure, and leadership bench while remaining hands-on in strategic technical sales engagements. Lead discovery, architecture, demonstrations, proofs of concept, executive discussions, and platform adoption initiatives involving modern cloud data platforms and AI. Partner across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to drive pipeline progression, consumption growth, revenue, and client value.

Lead infrastructure and cloud projects across Microsoft Azure, on-premise, and VMware environments. Make architectural decisions, build scalable and secure platforms, optimize enterprise infrastructure, lead complex incident response, and perform root cause analysis. Collaborate with development and data teams, support SQL and Azure data platforms, manage Infrastructure as Code, and track delivery through Jira and Tempo. The role also contributes to automation, AI-assisted operations, and hybrid infrastructure modernization.

Own client-facing implementation projects from mobilization through production deployment. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, scope and change control, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, delivery coordination, UAT, deployment readiness, and transition to steady-state operations. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, maintains project documentation and status reporting, manages client expectations, and applies AI-enabled tools to improve project management efficiency.
