Monitor daily enterprise data service flows, identify and resolve data exceptions, investigate client and internal queries, and track incidents within SLA and KPI requirements. Coordinates teams across data management, engineering, operations, testing, and client stakeholders while maintaining requirements traceability, RAID and RAG reporting, dependency management, data validation, and delivery quality.

Build and lead Rimes’ global Sales Engineering organization across North America, EMEA, and APJ. Define its operating model, methodology, playbooks, structure, and leadership bench while remaining hands-on in strategic technical sales engagements. Lead discovery, architecture, demonstrations, proofs of concept, executive discussions, and platform adoption initiatives involving modern cloud data platforms and AI. Partner across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to drive pipeline progression, consumption growth, revenue, and client value.
