Source exceptional go-to-market and accounting talent, initially focused on post-sales. Build market maps, identify new talent pools, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, create personalized candidate outreach, and use data and experimentation to improve sourcing strategies. The role requires curiosity, resourcefulness, strong writing, organization, and comfort working quickly in a technology or SaaS startup environment.

Own end-to-end interview scheduling, candidate communication, recruiting system accuracy, and offer logistics. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to resolve bottlenecks, improve workflows, and maintain an organized, high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment. The role requires working three days per week in the NYC office.

Own Rillet’s field marketing strategy and execute executive dinners, conferences, regional events, and partner activations that generate pipeline. Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, and Content on account targeting, outreach, meeting creation, follow-up, and deal acceleration. Manage vendors, venues, sponsorships, logistics, timelines, and budgets; oversee on-site experiences; and measure program performance, ROI, pipeline influence, and conversion rates.
