Lead and build an enterprise sales team, coach reps through complex, multi-stakeholder deals and procurement/security reviews, own forecast and pipeline metrics, run biggest deals alongside reps, define sales process and playbooks, and surface product feedback to influence roadmap. Partner cross-functionally to remove friction and ensure seamless buyer experience.

Lead and hire a high-performing Customer Success team while still managing key enterprise accounts. Design onboarding, coaching playbooks, engagement models, and CS metrics (adoption, NRR, account health). Coach CSMs to be consultative advisors, partner cross-functionally, use AI to prioritize work, and turn customer insights into product feedback to drive adoption and expansion.

In this role, you will design and optimize recruiting processes and systems, audit hiring practices, manage recruiting tech, and maintain metrics for improved hiring efficiency.
