Lead external affairs strategy across government, tribal, community, and stakeholder engagement. Advise CEO and executives on policy, regulatory, tribal, and reputational risks; build relationships with officials, tribal governments, and community leaders; support permitting and project execution; oversee community investment and outreach; represent company externally; collaborate cross-functionally to align external engagement with business objectives; set department goals and budgets.

Support treasury, banking, and risk management operations: manage daily cash and liquidity forecasts, banking transactions, hedging program reporting, lending compliance, borrowings and interest tracking, insurance administration, treasury dashboards, audit controls, and ad hoc financial analysis for senior management and the Board.
