Teams at Riley Exploration Permian, Inc.

Manages oil and gas division-of-interest records, ownership analysis, revenue decks, transfer documents, royalty payments, suspense and escheat items. Reviews leases, title opinions, contracts, conveyances, probate records, and regulatory documents to determine ownership and lease burdens. Coordinates with accounting and land teams to maintain accurate revenue distributions, unit decks, and amendments, while helping build the Division Order team.

Supports Environmental, Health, Safety, Regulatory, and production operations teams through leak detection, facility analysis, regulatory issue review, operational optimization, and preventative maintenance projects. Collaborates with field personnel, engineers, and EHSR staff while developing knowledge of facilities operations. The role includes field visits, outdoor work, documentation, and coordination across asset planning and development activities.

Supports drilling, completion, and production operations by analyzing well and artificial lift performance, identifying production enhancement opportunities, evaluating field development options, preparing AFEs, and contributing to project economics. Collaborates with engineering, geology, reservoir, and field teams while developing knowledge of workover techniques. Participates in field visits to observe operations and coordinate with personnel.
