Implement and consult on Lucidworks Fusion and Apache Solr search solutions for web/portal search. Diagnose and resolve complex Solr/Fusion issues, identify customer requirements, build reusable toolkits, and implement bulk and real-time indexing pipelines for large datasets from databases, Hadoop, and flat files.

Drive strategic customer adoption and retention for a CRM/field service platform. Serve as consultative leader, track/report customer metrics, communicate with stakeholders, create onboarding materials, and support growth in healthcare markets.

Develop and maintain Java/J2EE microservices using Spring Boot, Hibernate, Kafka and cloud (AWS/PCF). Collaborate with product owners, perform requirement analysis, code reviews, reverse-engineer and document functionality, and work with DevOps to build and deploy via Maven across environments.
