The role requires strong PBM knowledge, client management, communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Leads and coaches an infrastructure engineering team while owning AWS, EKS, Terraform, Helm, GitOps, CI/CD, managed data services, security controls, observability, backups, disaster recovery, and on-call operations. The role manages the infrastructure backlog, partners with cross-functional leaders, writes and reviews infrastructure code, supports compliance reviews, and establishes AI-assisted engineering practices.
