Build and maintain scalable dbt-based data models and analytics-ready datasets for pharmacy benefit management and care navigation. Translate healthcare workflows into auditable data products, implement data quality testing and reconciliation, optimize warehouse performance, and establish documentation, lineage, governance, CI/CD, and observability practices. Collaborate with technical and business teams to support reporting, financial analysis, self-service BI, and future AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

Leads enterprise sales of Rightway’s PBM solution to self-funded employers, TPAs, brokers, consultants, and coalitions. Responsibilities include prospecting, channel development, complex deal management, pricing and solution design, RFP and finalist presentations, contract negotiation, cross-functional coordination, Salesforce forecasting, and client onboarding support. The role requires deep PBM economics knowledge, strong broker and consultant relationships, profitable growth experience, and approximately 30% travel.

Determines coverage for medical, dental, and vision procedures; investigates and resolves questionable claims, billing issues, and member inquiries. Reviews health plan provisions, gathers information from providers and other parties, communicates deductible and coinsurance activity, documents claim updates in a CRM, protects claimant information under HIPAA, and delivers timely customer service.
