Lead the Search product at scale: define KPIs, own backlog, run discovery, build business cases, collaborate with designers, researchers and engineers, and deliver data-informed features. Prioritise improvements, triage stakeholder requests, shape strategy with senior product leaders, and drive innovation (including AI) to improve the consumer search experience.

Manage a portfolio of ~180 estate agent partner accounts to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction. Proactively engage partners via phone and MS Teams, present performance data and tailored solutions, introduce initiatives, deliver training, resolve issues, maintain CRM records, meet KPIs, and collaborate internally to improve products and outcomes.

Own end-to-end improvements for Rightmove Plus platform experiences (navigation, dashboards, settings, account flows, AI initiatives). Create journeys, wireframes, UI designs and prototypes; run research and usability tests; use analytics to measure impact; collaborate with product, engineers, user research, content and design systems; build reusable patterns and frameworks to ensure accessibility, performance and consistent partner experiences.
