Manage full-cycle accounting operations, prepare timely financial statements, oversee budgeting and forecasts, ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls, support month- and year-end close, research technical accounting issues, and perform additional controller duties as needed.

Lead and manage the mortgage underwriting team to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient underwriting operations. Oversee daily underwriting processes, quality assurance, risk mitigation, training, cross-functional coordination, and reporting to improve performance and regulatory compliance.

Provide first-line technical support to employees nationwide: troubleshoot hardware/software, manage accounts and devices (Active Directory, Microsoft 365), deploy and maintain workstations and peripherals, assist onboarding/offboarding, document solutions, escalate complex issues, and deliver strong customer service while meeting SLAs.
