Manage work-in-progress schedules, purchase orders, billing plans, invoicing, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and client funds. Maintain accurate financial data across Synergist and AccountsIQ, support month-end management accounts, forecasting, job setup, client onboarding, and job closure. Liaise with finance, operations, and client account teams to resolve billing issues and provide accurate profitability reporting.

Support day-to-day finance operations including end-to-end accounts payable, supplier/payment processing, aged creditor reconciliations, and employee expenses. Assist Management Accountant with month-end tasks: journals, balance sheet reconciliations, WIP and intercompany reconciliations, reporting packs, and audit queries. Provide general finance system support and contribute to process improvements.

Manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver partnership activations and hospitality programs. Oversee timelines, budgets, supplier logistics, on-site execution and reporting. Translate strategy into activation plans, drive commercial performance, lead meetings, and support account growth while ensuring high-quality guest experiences and international delivery.
