Develop original creative concepts, campaign platforms, and integrated brand experiences for sports marketing clients. Own briefs from strategic opportunity through execution across live experiences, social, content, film, PR, digital, and partnerships. Collaborate with strategy, design, client services, production, and specialist teams while directing creative vision, presenting ideas, and protecting them through delivery. Experience in experiential campaigns and a strong conceptual portfolio are essential; sports or Formula 1 experience is desirable.

Develop creative concepts and deliver polished design work across digital, social, editorial, presentations, event branding, print, and client collateral. Manage projects from brief through final execution, maintain brand consistency, collaborate with agency teams, present ideas to clients, respond to feedback, and mentor junior designers. The role requires strong visual design, typography, layout, image editing, retouching, communication, and deadline-management skills.

Manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver partnership activations and hospitality programs. Oversee timelines, budgets, supplier logistics, on-site execution and reporting. Translate strategy into activation plans, drive commercial performance, lead meetings, and support account growth while ensuring high-quality guest experiences and international delivery.
